To comply with money-laundering regulations, if you wish to conduct a property sale by auction, or to bid on an auction property, you will need to supply us with the ID requested below. If you are listing a property for auction, you do not need to supply your ID now, however we will need it before the auction date. You can send copies of these to our offices, or you can upload digital images (scan, or take a digital photo of your ID and bill). You may only upload JPG image files smaller than 1Mb. Photographic ID (Driver's License/Passport) - a photograph of yourself is not sufficient: Recent Utility Bill showing your residential address (within last 3 months):
